Please print and fill out the above announcement request form and submit the form by Wednesday at 5:00pm to insure inclusion in the Sunday Announcements & Calendar. Form can either be emailed to the church and placed in the admin office.

Facilities use agreement and checklist are provided to ensure you have a great experience while using our facilities. Please print and either email to the church or drop the completed form off at the office. It is best if you email the church first to ensure the date/time you want is available.
